The first Sunday of the month is fast approaching which means it's time for another round of ABA.
This Sunday the 2nd of May, Lilydale Bowmen have on offer for you a brand new set of Official ABA Colour Targets!
Also on the course wil be the orange 'Hunter's Peg' for those who wish to use it.

Please have your entry fee ($10) and score card in by 9.30am so we have time to organise the shoot groups

It will be good to see the new targets and that Hunter peg is not as easy as it first looks.
Come and join us. There will be a fair few Longbowers and recurvers. And even Dan "Harry Potter" with his osage broom stick should be there. He's dreaming if he thinks he will be any good. Dan for those who don't know is a wonderful young German who has join the throngs of Lilydale. He is in Oz for a year or so and shoots an Osage Primative bow (Harry Potters broom). as well he makes arrows with John McColls turkeys feathers, sinew, self nocks and no glue(yes NO glue) and the "His Dreaming" is about Dan being introduced to "The Castle" he can just about quote it word for word.
So come and join us for our first try at the targets and hunter together.
