H.V.T.A. GATHERING 10TH ANNIVERSARY 2009

Hi All Trad Archers

Next year will be our 10th Gathering. Last week I sent out invitations to all that I have on my mail list and with these invites there is an order form to purchase our anniversary Tshirts.

Yes, I know you all think it's a little early to advertise but we will be having a 10th anniversary Tshirt and the only way you can purchase one of these is to fill out your order form and return back to me with full payment by April 11th 2009.

We have this return date so that we can place the order and have the shirts back in time for the Gathering for you all to collect. If you have ordered and will not be at the Gathering then the shirts will be sent to the address on your form.

There will be no shirts available to purchase at the Gathering. Any orders received after the due date will be sent out as soon as we place the next orders.
There will only be adult sizes, no children sizes.

These shirts are a small make for example, if you know Ron White, his size for this shirt is "XL" and if you know Nick Lintern, his size for this shirt is "2XL".

If you have not received an invite and order form and would like to get these shirts, please PM me and I will send or email you the form.

We look forward to seeing you all at our 10th Anniversary Gathering. It's going to be BIG.

Afternoon all

There are only 5 weeks til the cut off date to place your orders for our 10th Anniversary Gathering t shirt.

The t shirt has been designed by Ian Fenton, I don't have a photo for you, but it does look good.

April 11th is the cut off date. Any orders received after this date will be ordered at a later date.

You may also place your order at the Gathering.
All orders that that have to be posted, please add $5 for postage.

There are only 13 weeks til the Gathering.

hi trish , we are planning to travel down to your shoot this year hopfully it wont be as wet as the last time we visited. we ,ll try another tent and see how we go :lol: see you all then gaz.

A couple of us mexicans are thinking of going north to shoot a few arras . Are any other southerners thinking of going north to join these good people. It will be good to catch up with some people we've meet when they have come south but it will be good to meet others we know of. Anyone up for it we could show some southern hospitality and go a callin. Whose going north?

Bad enough that when the "Gathering" is over that we have to prepare for the "Charity" shoot.

No rest for the wicked. So I guess you will have to get on with it and get them finished, soon. :wink:

Gee Trish, i would have thourght a "Charity Shoot". For a worthy organization, would be a great way to boost your clubs profile :shock:
