Can't agree with you on that one so I'll just leave it at that.

The boys looked on google earth all we can see is trees at the end of Pavitt lane. Is it easy for us city folk to find????????
The kids think three days of 3D sounds fun I will just have to see what the masters roster says when we finally get it

Keep looking east and slightly north, on Google Earth, you will see a large building, thats us.
At the end of Pavitt Lane there is a gate into the forest, head straight at the end.

Course layout is set.
Great mix of challenging shots and fun easy ones.
Very arrow friendly with enough room for our beloved longbows.
And yes, I hope to be purchasing my first Trad bow early in the next year.
I will ask for some advice when the time gets nearer, hopefully I can get some opinions in person at the LB100!

I've never been to Victoria, guys, and I will probably be travelling by coach or train. Question is, how do I get there and what coach lines do I take?

Where are you coming from. Most buses terminate in Melbourne but some would go via eastern suburbs. Train stations in the suburbs you can catch the Belgrave or Lilydale trains. Club is in the Basin between two lines I'm sure we can help people get to the location from a station. Happy to help out.

Thanks, TonyJ. I am coming from Adelaide, which should make things fairly straightforward. And one more thing, if you would indulge me. I am a 3DAAA member. Would I be allowed on the shoot? I have not had the chance to read everyone's posts, but I have heard that this club is ABA affiliated. Would I have to join ABA? Thanks very much.

3DAAA Members as all other non aba members are most welcome, just sign the visitors book.
Aba have a policy regarding past members.
If anyone has any questions about eligability, please pm myself, gazwah or TonyJ.

I really like the way you blokes have called this the LB 100.
It's high time the longbow shooters have had an event named after them. The Longbow 100 has a nice ring to it.
It's a good way to attract lots of trad shooters there.
Mick
There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.

Timbow when Tony started playing Devos Whip it when I was shooting my brand new Toelke whip was one of the funniest things I have ever experienced at a shoot.... dunno why he had it as a ring tone but it was bloody funny!
