As I am sure you are aware the Trophy Takers annual awards for 2006 will be held on the 29th – 2nd October, at the Shallow Crossing camping grounds via Batemans Bay, NSW. The weekend will to be a casual affair, with the only formal parts being the annual general meeting on the Sunday lunchtime 2pm, and the Awards presentation, Sunday evening at 7pm. Depending on the numbers of people turning up we may also organize some spit roasted meat for dinner on Sunday evening. As part of the AGM, we will be reelecting the new TT board of directors, which includes the positions of; Chairman, Computer Central, Ratings, Marketing, Promotions, Membership, 3 Associate Directors positions. If you are unable to attend the meeting but wish to either nominate for one of the above positions, or raise any issue for discussion during the meeting then could you please let us know by using the contact details above.
The weekend should be a fun event, shallow crossing is a great spot with fish in the river, and maybe a few critters in the surrounding forests if you are a Game Council R-Licence holder (don’t forget to book into the forest before you come if you want a hunt). It is only around 30 mins back into Batemans Bay, So bring the family as there is plenty to do. In addition, if you know of any keen bowhunters that are not yet TT members but would like to join us then let them know, the more the merrier.
