DWD,

The shoot was more successful than we could hope for. There were forty archers from the Sydney area, Newcastle area, Canberra and Bega.

Saturday started out with the Aussie York event. The first trad shoot I have attended that we got to shoot 100 yards. Let me tell you that the modern Longbow can still easily cast an accurate arrow to that distance. After the shoot I removed the targets and there were plenty holes in the gold. Moving on to the Clout, Speed Shoot, Flying Pig and Bow Bird.

Sunday was the field course. Ten target faces and ten animal faces.

The results, Longbow Male : Dave White (Towball) score of 712.
Nick Lintern score of 708.
James Murray score of 624.
Longbow F-male: Myrna Johnson score of 162
Wendy Anderson score of 146.
Longbow Cub: Simon McKenzie score 142.
Harrison Katsanevis
Recurve Male: Emanuel Kalergis score 620.
Warren Rankin score 498.
Jeff Graham score 237.
Recurve Jnr.: Michael Simpson score 399.
Alice McKenzie
Recurve Cub Christoper Kalergis
Joe Graham

Primitive Cub Liam Schempp
