Ballarat Bowhunters Traditional Fun Club Shoot

When ? November the 12th and 13th of 2005

Where? Ballarat Bowhunters Club Inc. Ballarat Field and Game Club Grounds Bells Rd, Haddon

Who can come? All longbow and recurve archers are welcome, non ABA guests sign visitors book and pay $2 insurance fee

Equipment and Rules : No Wheel bows, no sights, enjoy yourselves

Camping Facilities: Plenty of camping space, hot shower available, flushing amenities, town water.

Canteen Menu:

Friday night, free sausage sizzle, Free tea and coffee, cakes and slices all weekend

Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday
Bacon and eggs on bread rolls.

Saturday lunch
Hamburgers or sausages in bread rolls with your choice of onion, lettuce, cheese, tomatoe and beetroot.

Saturday night
Roast meal with sweets

Sunday lunch
Roast beef rolls or Hamburgers .

Program:
3D targets, novelty events, running boar, speed round.

It sounds as though it will be a fun shoot. I'll make every effort to be there to watch, particularly if you have designed the menu. :D

I wont be cooking, but if Rudds wife Faye, is kind enough again, anyone coming up and having the Saturday night meal is in for a real treat. :D

I'll be there Woody, plan on shooting my indian bow, can't shoot any worse than I did a the state titles :(

I land in melbourne on the 4th, so that gives me a week of practice to aclimatize to the Vic weather :D :D :D :D

I picked up some high density rubber foam disc's today, I hope you blokes coming to the trad shoot can bring at least 3 flu flu arrows, as the aerial shoot should be fun. :D

Look like you'll have a good time. Unfortunately i wont be making it agian this year.

Well I made it all the way from WA , got lost ,left early and had a great time . The organisers did a fantastic job and myself and my family all enjoyed the company and the course . Thanks to all those who made us feel welcome.
