Hey Trish,

Save me a camping spot, I'm bringing the whole family up from Adelaide. I can't miss out on the best Traditional Archery shoot in the Southern Hemisphere. :D

Say hi to all the club members for me. :D

See ya in June.

Hey there Mick

Great to hear from you. We sure could use your security .
Some low life decided to drive a stollen car through the canteen.

Don't worry, all will be good for the Gathering. Just more working bee's and more helping hands.

We have your spot with your name on it. Look forward to seeing you all.

P. S DON'T FORGET YOUR GATE KEY.

Trish and Keith.

Hey there all you Traditional shooters.

The HVTA Gathering is just only 5 weeks away.

Time flies.

All preparations are on time to get the Gathering ready
and we have booked fine weather for the occasion.

There is still time to send in your acceptances for the Gathering or just do what everyone else does, TURN UP ON THE DAY and camp the weekend. It's FREE (camping that is)

As all those who have attended before can tell you, we put on a GREAT weekend.

See you all there.

Trish.

Hey there all Trad shooters

Get your camping gear together and your bows, it's only 23 days to the Gathering, (not that I'm counting the days)

Things are going well to get the Gathering ready.

Our sponsors have been generous this year and we have a couple of new ones, so bring yor money for the raffle table and the raffle for the Black Stump knife is up for grabs.

I have a lot of new faces attending this year along with all our regulars.

All I can say now is that we are looking forward to seeing you all again.

See you all there.

I just loved the photos of the kids shooting. Geewizz, some of those kids look like they'd be deadly shots. Its great to see young people coming into archery.

I would have loved to visit this shoot, but living down here in Southern Victoria, it's just too far to drag all the family. One of the draw backs at living at one end of this big country.

My congratulations to the organisers and the participators on the completion of another successful and enjoyable event. Maybe we could make it next year.

Mick
There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.

Mick,
It was good to see so many young archers.
The above pics were only a few of the juniors/ cubs that were in attendance.
I have a couple of good shots of individual children shooting the fun targets (balloons, pinata etc.) but I didn't want to post them online without the parents permission.

Jeff,
Who had the cheek to get married on the shoot weekend!? :P :D

Cheers

Matt,

This was an unexpected job for the owner of a lab at Hervey Bay. The pocket money from it will come in handy to pay some bills. :D

I had planned on going to Gladstone for the Trad shoot but oh well. :?

Hey there Matt and to all those who did not attend.

We had an excellent time and as matt said we were well lubricated at the end.

We're still suffering. :)

I hope to be able to get results if i can locate them.

The pics are great. any chance you can send me more whether it be by email or on disc? would be much appreciated. :D

To those who did not attend, you missed a GREAT weekend.
there was a little dampness but it did not worry us at all.

This year was our biggest in the three years that Keith and I have been organizing it.

We even ran out of food on Saturday lunch, but thanks to me, I saved the day. They all had tea that night.

Thanks to all who attended, and we look forward to seeing you all next year, and that means you Erron.
