ps. The Caboolture club may have their Trad shoot in 2018. Lets keep our fingers crossed they can fit it on their club agenda next year.

We had a great time at the mini trad shoot. Some of the Brisbane archers had changed palns mid week which just meant for a smaller group to enjoy the activies. A lot of us arrived on Friday making it a very sociable day, in the afternoon drizzle a few of us were played a game similar to skittles in the gravel carpark. Saturday morning was a little misty so we all decided to head out before lunch and did a couple of the novelites. Mid afternoon the sun was shining high in the sky. Lunch was yummy sausage plus extras sizzle, and more novelties including the 1min Hunter Round, and we shot some of the field course on the way back to camp. Saturday evenings meal followed by sticky date pudding was most enjoyable. Sunday morning saw clear sunny skies for the day activities which included 3D field course and a couple more novelty events. We then had lunch followed by the Presentations to allow the travellers to beat the traffic home. We now all look forward to the 2 day shoot in July.
