Car is packed and ready to go in the morning. Just don't like the idea of a 3am start, guess the early start is better than sitting in Brisbane traffic for 3 hours.
I'm ready to :Bow

we had a great run Mark - no traffic really - roadworks on the other hand..... aaarrrghhhhh...

Quite a few campsites set up and ready to shoot some arrows - only 2 sleeps go - they have strange time down here, seems I overslept somewhere and lost an hour - bother

cheers

We will be promoting archery and old skills in a tipi this weekend at the Stringbark Festival in Rowville Melbourne. 8-10 of trad boys and girls from Victoria promoting skills.

never miss an opportunity to promote something Trad - way to go Tony.

The camping is now very very cosy and we are meeting people whether we like it or not - and that's a good thing.

only 1 sleeps to go

Just wanted to say thanks to all at Coffs for a really good first Trad Shoot. Appreciate all the work. Courses were great, facilities great, people great. Cecilia and I really enjoyed ourselves. Certainly worth the 1100k drive for the weekend.

Cheers,

Andy

PS. Hope someone can post the scores and some pics.

the Trad shoot is definitely worth the 6 hour 1100 km round trip from either the Sunshine Coast or Sydney. There were two great courses meandering through the State Forest plantation with very well placed targets. Various novelty events with the Coffs touch, the food was great, the Coffs club members very friendly, yes and even the one that was stalking us round the range of Sunday....
A definite to mark on your shoot calendar for 2016.
I will put up some photo's shortly and I am sure the scores aren't too far away.
A great big WELL DONE and THANK YOU to all the Coffs Harbour Crew.

cheers

I would have to agree with the previous replies that this was an excellent shoot.

Thanks to the Coffs Coast Club for hosting the event and providing interesting ranges.

Loved Saturday nights roast dinner.

Daryl.

As an added bonus the weather was perfect.

Yep, all those positive comments are warranted - a really great shoot!!

Location, camping, ranges, food, hospitality all first class.

Thanks to the Coffs Crew for putting on a cracker event and I'm another that will be back next year.
