Bit of bad news, looks like the Buckland boys might not be coming after all. I've torn open an old hernia and have been booked in for surgery so its not looking good for the weekend. Sorry guys but will try and get to the next event you hold.

hi all , no damper tonight but have roast goat, we only got 20 something litres of wine in the barossa .the shoot today was great, only 1 short shower, temp is dropping as we speak. good time is being had by all .gazza

Morning Folks, arrived back from our Road Trip yesterday arvo, had a top time ! Ended it as it began with a that afternoon killed Goat Camp Oven - tender and tasty! As a well known Aussie Bowhunter is often heard saying - it's Organic, it's Fresh and it's Free - well almost with the cost of Fuel and $25 a night for the Cocky

I enjoyed the Lillydale Club, really impressive Grounds, talk about potential for a Gnarly 3D Trad Shoot. I was enthralled looking at the range of Scrub Land that made up the Lillydale Club Grounds. Even found some fresh Deer and Rabbit Poo in the Camping area. Wonderful to have such Beasties living on Club Grounds

This was not a Trad Shoot as I have come to expect, reminiscent of the old ABA 6 Rounder that the Grange Bowhunters used to hold, allocated Shooting Groups etc. Made for a good weekend flinging Arrows, a big thanks for the effort the Lillydale Crew put in.

One highlight for me was a comment a 12 year old Girl in my Group made. She reckoned I look better with my Hat On and if I could put it back on !!! - Seems she was not expecting my greying balding head :lol: :lol:

I enjoyed putting faces to the Ozbow names down there also. I wish I had spent more time speaking to each of you, then again I did take my Hat off a few times, maybe that explains a few things - out of the mouths of Babes hey :lol:

Great to see the Photos and to read that you Both arrived home safely. Spoke to Perry the other night and he said he eventually got his goat. Will catch up with you Folks next year some place, or if you come to Wisemans see you then. Cheers Roadie.
