For some people who are undecided about whether to attend the Ballarat Trad Shoot because of maybe holidays and family commitments, bring them along for a great holiday.

Ballarat has some great tourist attractions, like Soveriegn Hill, Ballarat Reptile and Wildlife Park. For the history buffs there is the Gold museum and Eureka stockade, just to name a few. Also plenty of shops and cafes in town.

Oh, did I mention some great fishing with plenty of lakes within 25 min drive. And the famous Lake Wendouree in the heart of Ballarat, great for a BBQ with the family and wet a line.

So why not take the family along for a holiday while you have a shot, or better yet, give them a bow and get the family involved in the Ballarat trad shoot.

Cheers.

I see the temp is expeted to be in the 40 degrees this weekend at Ballaratt, here's hoping it will be cooler next weekend.
Will the shoot go ahead if the temp is above 35 degrees Plus. The reason I ask is Ballaratt is an ABA club, and the ABA does have a policy that if the temp is expected to rise above that, the shoot is to be scheudle to another time. Will this happen, or does the shoot go ahead regardless. Cheers Roadie.

Roadie 35 degrees would be a winters day in Mildura. I bet you would be happy with that today.
Take care
Tony

Hi Roadie,
The Weather is supposed to be good, 25 degrees on Saturday and 27 degrees on Sunday. And not supposed to be raining. May be the best weather yet.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Just checking Folks, Radio reports Homes lost in Snake Valley Fire, Haddon area. What impact does that have on your shoot. As its a 460 klm trip one way for me. I don't mind the traveling, but to get there and find the fires have caused you to cancell would be a shame. Cheers Roadie.

Start time around the 9 - 930 Tony, always make a spot for you (suck suck), I'll let Gaston the Chef (aka) Woody know there is one on the way possibly a little later.

Cheers
