HVTA Charity Shoot 2012

Afternoon all....


Have attached flyer for our shoot on the October long weekend Sept 29, 30, 1st Oct


This year we are raising money for the "Motorneurone Disease NSW"

Pleased to say that I'll be attending with a friend of mine and we'll both bring our boys along....they really enjoy the Trad shoots!!!
If Gilly will let me I might try the Axe again :biggrin:

Well.... what a great weekend we had, the weather was perfect.....NO RAIN 8)

We had 80 visitors & 65 registered shooters.

Thank you all for making this our best Charity Shoot, we raised $3700 for the Motor Neurone Disease NSW and waiting on another $1400 from TAA.

The winner of the Double Bit Axe, donated by Gill & Steve Allen was Scott White (Losty)

Yep, great weekend. Range 2 was clearly set up by some sadist. Shot a woeful 85 first time round and bust/lost several arrows. Then tried it again after the event and hit 145 (why couldn't I do that when it mattered?).

Right, as promised, will now be setting about making that set of custom arrows for Animal - in his preferred colours of black and purple. Just waiting on some bits to arrive from Kustom King.
