Hey mate, I will try and call you from the Gabba tomorrow night.

Basically I was chasing some tent poles, guy ropes, tarp and a kettle. Couple other things can't think of at the moment.

I will be bringing the coffee plunger And some nice ground coffee. Some port. Couple other goodies. Ribs Friday night, couple of ciders and a good chin wage seems like a bloody good way to kick off the weekend.

Just finished getting some of the stuff sorted out. Off to bed..last morning at the cleaning job tomorrow for 4 days ...yahoo! I am now in my fourth year doing the 7 day a week part time job and it's starting to wear me out so excuse my occasional 1000 yard stares and dozing off in the sun this weekend mate.

Cheers

Thats cutting it fine Eddie, hope they arrive today. Do you have a tip to tip stringer? Beause you must have one to string them, it's part of the conditions of use.

Hi Rob,

The shoot is being held at Yatala [Aboriginal word for pie] situated halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Thanks Daryl, it's good to know these things. Situated like that I would imagine there will be quite a crowd.
Have a great shoot everyone, wish I could be there.

Wish i was going to this shoot but will hobbling around on crutches for a couple weeks now due to having a chunk of meat excised from the left foot.Spanish dancer.Looks like its going to be an ongoing thing so I might be limited in the number of shoots I attend, due to having to avoid a lot of sun exposure from now on.Will still get to some though.Have fun everybody, as i know you will.

Hello Beautiful People

Thank you to all for a fabulous weekend - the NAFA organizers, to John for showing me shortcuts through the bush, the wonderful ladies in the canteen, and to archers all - for allowing me to take your photograph - whether I be a good luck charm or a bad one!

I've attached some photos from the weekend. In the next day or three, I will also post two links to photographs for Saturday and Sunday. Be pre-warned! There will be hundreds of photos to go through. This makes life easy for me - everyone can download photos that you like, as opposed to be trying to do individual photos via email etc - this takes me weeks!

Again, thanks to all for a truly wonderful weekend behind the lens, as well as the opportunity to meet some friends, who have become good friends over the weekend.

Smile

Thankyou again North Albert for a top weekend. I thought your Coarse setters did an excellent Job on the Ranges, a nice balance of short and medium range Targets with a few that where set very cleverly. The Folks at the Canteen , thanks for your cheery Service, you poured a mean Rum and Ginger Beer and Tucker was very good.

Too the 3 Blokes I shoot with on Sunday, thanks for the entertainment, the air was Blue, Faces Red, the odd Vien pulsing in your Necks and some very inventive excuses. My Ribs still hurt from Laughing. You know who you are who missed the Turkey in the Car Shot, matter a Fact, he nearly missed the bloody Car

Great photo's Marji, I love watching you looking for photo opportunities. The effort and care taken with the Photo's is appreciated. I look forward to the links

Hi Everyone

Thank you all for your patience waiting for the photo links for NAFA 2012.

As I said before, I like using the Web Album as I can put all photos up for the individual to look at and download/print if you wish. I have one condition with this:) I would please ask that you only download/print photos of yourself, that is to say, PLEASE DO NOT reproduce photos in any form/media of other people from the albums without their permission. This to me is a fundamental courtesy and respect of their privacy.

If there are photos of yourself that you do not wish to be in the album, please send me a PM and I will remove.

I think using the albums, photo quality may be 'watered down'. If there is a photo that you particularly like and would like to print, please send me a PM, and I will send the photo as an original. Please send me the photo number - this will save a lot of guessing on my behalf  .

Here are the links:
