Welcome to Ozbow conanstheman. There are a few WA members on the site and when they see this I'm sure they will chime in. What bows n arras are you shooting?

There are a good crew from WA, and I'm sure some will chime-in.
It's the great, big, broad land 'way up yonder,
It's the forests where silence has lease;
It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder,
It's the stillness that fills me with peace.

Hey ConMan.....
I am not aware of any Trad specific events in WA (Not that it means much....)
I can tell you that a bunch of us out at the WA Field and Bowhunters Club are Trad Fans, and do our best to keep the
wheeled component of the club on their toes. There is no real segregation of bow styles, but the members are pretty
laid back for the most part, and those of us with a trad bent seem to enjoy ourselves as much if not more than the space bow brigade.
Look the club up, and if your looking to drop in for a visit, let the boys know via here and there will be someone arranged to make you welcome.

Re: West Oz Stuff
Using a 45# Molinjor longbow made by a chap here in Perth. Ill chuck a picky online as is quite beautiful. Using 2016 Easton Legacy's and they fly really well. Pretty happy with the setup. Not much more than Rabbits around Mandurah where I live so some mates and I are going to take a little jaunt down to Nannup and try and bag some bacon for the freezer but have not hunted pigs before so any tips would be great. Hunting for food so I guess we are going for the piglets and sows.
First forum for me so stoked to have some fellow Traditional chaps to converse with!!
