Well hi guys
I have a question or 2 regarding the upcoming Caboolture Trad in August.
I read last years flyer to get an idea of whats on as i am a complete event newby here.
Now i have my Warbow (to which i am so comfortable with i could jst about sleep with it by my side) I also have a mongol bow 60 pounder which i havent shot much so really my arrows could go jjust about go anywhere..I will tell you when to duck .
1. Can i shoot with a trilam warbow ?
2. the 30 targets on a saturday and on a sunday i read about...what are the distances ? and do we shoot the 3D aminals?
3. Do i need target points ONLY on my arras ? ( i am thinking my knight slayers are not allowed somehow. )
cheers....kelly.

Some one who knows more about the rules will no doubt answer your questions, but i am pretty sure you will only be able to use field or target points. Great stuff with that warbow too!

We'll see you there Kelly,
Trilam bow i don't expect would be a problem it's a trad shoot,
targets usually mixed distances out to 28 and a couple of moving targets,
I am pretty sure you'll need field or target points so you don't destroy the targets.
Make sure you make up some Flu'Flu's for the bowbird.

Usually there's a good crowd camping the grounds are small so the earlier you get there the better chances of a nice Camping spot.
