2011 Caboolture Traditional Corrival 20-21 August 2011

Yes it's that time of year again - time to start talking about our upcoming Corrival.
Dates are 20th - 21st of August at our Club Grounds.
Flyer will be posted shortly.....

I'm really hopin to go but my order to make my first bow is still orbitting the earth with no touchdown in sight--- back in Canada AGAIN. If it doesnt start coming this way I wont have time to get my bow made! :evil: :evil: :evil:

Really appreciate the offer Terry, but really want to have my own if at all possible.Latest on my Binghams order is that it is back in San Fransisco!. So its been from Utah on 15th June to Flippin Canada , then back to San Fransisco, then back to Canada, then back to San Fransisco and now its---? Worse example of incompetence I have ever seen, and trying to go through USPS website to find a contact email address to try and deal with it this end, is hairpulling impossible.

Gonna be there one way or the other. My order from Binghams finally came last week after 43 days circling the globe, but the lam grinder I made is a dismal failure so its on to prototype 2. Even if its not done and I dont get a bow made a mate will loan me his recurve again anyway, but I'm hoping I may just get a bow made. Might be anywhere from 35# to 75# and ugly but I'l like it!

Not entirely certain i will be there due to work commitments but...if i am there then i shall bring my warbow and shoot that..Im sure i can hit a target at 30 max...hmmm..yeah well maybe...lets see. anyway i have a medic kit in case im astray lol.
