Arrows plus - Indoor Safari 2011

#1 Post by White Hawk » Fri Mar 18, 2011 8:51 am

Hi all,
just wanted to let you all know that the Indoor Safari we trialed and hosted last year will be on again! This is an innovative event and stretches the boundaires of how an indoor facility can be used. Arrows plus is generously hosting this event again and it is a alot of fun.
Test your field skills in a fresh way. The platform shoot is a hoot as well so you wont want to miss it!
Numbers will be limited as dictated by space so first in best dressed. It is open to all traditional archers from any association or none.

Any question or to register your interest contact Arrow Plus Indoor range on 03 8360 9614 or via the email on the forms.

kind regards

Gavin

Hey Gavin,

Do you have any pics from last years event? This sound facinating even though I would not be able to attend. (this year in any case but next year who knows)

Next year I would like to try and get to the best trad event I can in QLD, NSW and VIC.

What would you nominate as the best annual trad event in VIC to attend? Sorry to deviate the thread a little.

Cheers
Troy

Hi Troy,
I dug up a few photos from last year. The concept was one we put together at the Black Griffins to see if we could find a format to test our 3D and field skills in an indoor setting. We are always looking for new ways to play old games...! See 'battle clout' for more details, that came form the mind of Mr Smith!

There are a number of good VIC events, Lilydale always put on a good show, Leongatha shoot is always top class, and without boasting the Black Griffins put on a good show for our big 3D event each year using some innovative shots on our excellent field course...

enjoy the pics! And check out Mick Smith taking a shot from the tower! oooo the pressure!

cheers

Gav

Only two days to go now, if you want to try something new in archery get down to Arrows plus and give this a try it is loads of fun.
If you haven't registered dont worry you can show up on the day.
