Just A Little Experiment...

#1 Post by CM Sackett » Fri May 02, 2008 7:10 am

I think the transfer messed up the file (sounds fuzzy to me), but I'm beginning to put some of my short stories into an Audio-Book.

...just thought I'd share a bit with you fine folk.

NIce one, CM. It really adds another dimension to your writing. Is that the author reading or did you hire an actor?

Well then, nice reading CM. Not every writer can do that. I once found a recording of Samuel Beckett reading his novel "Molloy", probably my favourite storybook. What a shocking displeasure! His reading was very clumsy, not at all what I expected.

Yep, it was a good read, that "Pinin' the Notch", and it'd be a good listen too, all put together on a CD, on those long trips to the desert to humbug goats or camels! :D

It's the forests where silence has lease;
It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder,
It's the stillness that fills me with peace.
