The annual western hunt

I have recently returned from a long trip to one of our hunting properties near Cunnamulla, the journey takes place yearly for a couple of weeks with my dad and a good friend of ours.
Despite the dry times over the last few years and lack of vegetation, there were large numbers of pigs sighted, some in mobs of up to 15. This made for an exciting trip with dad and bob both taking a good boar each with there compounds. As always the goat population was countless, although very few measureable billy's around. Many goats were shot for meat.
I decided to take the recurve this year and managed to shoot a boar and sow from the same mob early in the trip with a couple of medium billy's later on. We had a successful and eventful time with a couple of memorable pig charges, hope you enjoy the photo's.
