goats in or near fnq

#1 Post by ontothepigs » Fri Feb 28, 2014 5:01 pm

Just wondering if anyone knows where would be good places to find goats in fnq? General areas would be great as I would have to ask around to get access.

Cheers fellas

Hey mate,

I've looked superficially into goats up here and it wasn't promising. Here's a distribution map from a few years ago..

Only a few reports around Towers and right up on the tip. Hopefully someone here has some local knowledge that can help you out

Might be on or around Hinchinbrook. If it's the island it's no good as the whole thing is a Nat Park I think.

agree. Think it is on Hinchenbrook. Out west is the best bet, fair way to go though. Winton area for one.
