Hi Jeff, I think Kev was using a Nikon Finepix...???? I not really up to date on cameras... does that sound right...??

Your right Jeff, the boar didn’t know I was there... but he knew that there was something amiss.... he had a little look in my direction... that when I knew I had to take the shot and not push any closer.... from memory it was from about 18-20m...
gidget wrote:What a sensational set of photos 8) They sure tell the story well. Photo 4 had my blood pumping thinking you could get busted at any time

Thanks mate, the blood was pumping, but not as much as normal... I was too bloody cold and wet..!

wishsong wrote:Awesome Bud ! Great photo's !

Thanks mate, the bow is SWEEEEET...! I am really enjoying shooting it...! I had a ball with it down a Wisemans ferry shoot last week... 8) The arrowmaster I have been using now for 3 years... I love it...! It was perfect for that particular hunt as we had loads of rain and my fletches were all kept perfectly dry... 8)
Macca wrote:Awesome Guy, as others have indicated, nice sequence of pics. Nice wooly pig, what area did you shoot him in?
Hi Macca, As we have all noticed the boar is a bit of a woollie bugger, you would think he is from down the snowy's... but no, he was taken in the mountains a couple hours not far from where I live... 8)

Thanks mate, the boar was keeping close guard on an in season sow... there were two young boars also wanting a shot at his title, so when I flicked an arrow into him, his attention went to the two young boars.... luckily for me...!! 8)
