Welcome to Ozbow, Trev. It took me three years from when I first picked up a bow, to be invited on a serious hunt. I played around a bit before that, but had no idea what I was doing, really ( and some would say nothing has changed on that front, I STILL don't know what I'm doing! ). I hope it's much less time for you. Take your time, make some friends in the scene, and it'll come, no worries . :D
Lately, if life were treating me any better, I'd be suspicious of it's motives!

Welcome to the site Trev; good to have you here. It may help if you mentioned where you lived now as there may be some members from around your area who might be able to help you out first hand.

Get on Port Wakefield road, drive til it stops, backtrack a little and go knock on some doors.Yorke Peninsula is full of bunnies and foxes. It, and the riverland, is where I started bowhunting many years ago. Good luck.
