I do that in my backyard, couple of shots from 15 metres, a couple off the top of the birdcages, jump down and balance on the besser brick wall and flick a couple of arrows, one off the knee and then leaning out from around the shed, all my practice shots vary like this, I don't bother with correct form, because I only hunt and have found that when hunting with a bow you very rarely find yourself in a situation where you can shoot with correct form.
Cheers Sean.
