black widow owners

looking at buying a black widow as dollar is good..

which model would you choose and any recommend on wood and why?

id like a take down recurve,60lb@28inch, split fingers off the shelf; length?
im 5"7", totally for hunting boars and deer,

i actually thought id get two sets of limbs,a heavier set later for buff...

look forward to your recommendations from b/w owners

I'd be looking at a PCH (brand new model) or PSA (the most popular hunting model) if I were you, and checking their chart as to recommended length for your draw. Personally, I'd choose the longest that is recommended for my draw, rather than the shorter option. As for timbers, they're all robust and deadly - it really depends on your budget and aesthetic tastes. They say that the exotic models with their bamboo limbs are 2 to 3 fps faster than the standard models, but that really doesn't amount to much. Have fun!

I have a PSR and a PSA. I started off with the PSA and brought the PSR by accident (Thought it was a longbow)

It ended up being the best thing I did I love the PSR it has a longbow style grip and feel it really light to carry around and shoots like a dream.
I still have the PSR but hardly use it now as it a lot heavier bow and I prefer the lighter bow.

Both bows are the same specs
