Mike Palmer

I have a palmer carbon one recurve bow on the way to me ....it is #55@30 i have a 26'' draw anyone heard of them...a few blokes in the states I know have anyone use one here in oz

well the bow turned up today....nice bow just trialled some arrow through it and it spits them out pretty quick nice to shoot....I'm a little disappointed that I'm only drawing 43lb off her seems a bit of a waste not to be used at her full potential, and I was after something for pigs but I will use this girl for goats and small game

I am pretty sure I know that bow, was made for Phill Stubbington?
It'll kill a pig with an arrow in the right spot... I'd just get my b'heads nice and sharp and put them on a 500gn arrow and go pig hunting .
Shot placement will trump the other stuff if the b'head is sharp

is he on another forum by another name(AHN) I'm using 500gr arrows in another bow and ran them through this girl...she spits them out quick, this bow is a pleasure to shoot
