Bow Trainer

#1 Post by Buranurra » Mon Dec 03, 2012 11:16 am

Hi all,

I picked one of these up a couple of days ago. It is a progressive training tool that helps in getting a stronger draw.

The weight bands go from around 20 pounds up to 115 at a 28" draw. I thought some here might be interested.

using your bow shooting arrows at the archery club seems to work pretty well and is more fun in my book.
Eyes glazed over very quickly with that instruction manual.

If you have to use a band use a theraband.....I'm old enough the physios gave them to me for free.
