Hi all,
What instructional DVDs on shooting technique of traditional bows do you recommend? I currently shoot split with my recurve.
Cheers

Re: DVD recommendations
It depends on how you wish to shoot your bow; using a reference point or without. If without (instinctively) I recommend Fred Asbell's.

I have been going without reference point, so that is a good recommendation for me. Having said that do want to keep an open mind and find out what is best for me after some experimentation.
