Survival bows - legality to import?

#1 Post by Govannon » Sat Nov 01, 2014 7:37 pm

Hey guys,

I was looking at take-down/folding survival bows like those by Xspectre

or Goprimal

What would be the legality of the GoPrimal folding bow for importation from the U.S (to Victoria)? Would the Xspectre similarly be any issues due to its small size and the fact it comes with take-down arrows? Both come in about 50-55 poundage.
Thanks in advance guys, Nick

Thanks Nev. I've tracked down the Xspectre bow now from an Aussie supplier, does anyone know of a mob that carries the Go Primal one locally? I'd prefer to support local businessss if possible. Cheers again guys

I wonder how the join would affect the dynamics of the arrow, anyone tested these yet?
