An older mate of mine thought he'd try his hand at archery and bowhunting, and bought a 60", 60# @ 28" take-down Bighorn recurve, right-handed. Even though he draws less than 28", it is just slightly too much bow for him, so he would like to sell it as he has found a lighter bow. The Bighorn is about ten years old, I think, and is in really good condition. It has a brown wooden riser, and brown wooden tip overlays. I can't remember if the limbs have brown or black glass. It is fast and pleasant to shoot. The tiller is split-finger. It has what looks to be a decal with Fred Asbell's signature on it.
He's asking $500 plus postage. He's now asking $400 plus postage.

Whoever buys this won't be disappointed,the curved bed Bighorns made by G.Fred Asbell are a smooth drawing and forgiving to shoot,I own one with exactly the same riser but with limbs that make a 52 inch bow and it is a pleasure to shoot.

I'm a lefty but this strikes me as a bloody good buy! Have you had any sniffs yet? at this price for a bow like that, I am not really in the market but if I was and it was a lefty you would have had the money already!
