*sigh* FS - Pronghorn by Herb Meland, 2x sets limbs - SOLD

#1 Post by gundy » Wed Jun 13, 2007 3:11 pm

I have been searching for 'The One' recurve for a while now (sort of like searching for the holy grail) and have just realised it has been under my nose all this time. I want to keep one bow and learn it inside and out, so the choice has been made and that is my Rivers Edge. So, the pronghorn ferret, although costing me as an expensive exercise, has to go.

Great to new condition, a couple of small insignificant scratches on the limbs. Comes with brass riser inserts installed in the bow for a side mount quiver and the usual brass Pronhorn medallion. Also has a spot to write your name on the bow (each set of limbs) if need be.

2x sets of limbs as follows; 57#@27" & 50#@27"

Bow is 58" long recurve, right handed, single pin location method. Black walnut wood I believe.

Bloody quiet and quick.

Great pick-up there Poppy. If I hadn't been taking my daily afternoon nap at the time, you might have had some competition. :D I really like it too. I hope it serves you well. 8)

There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.
