Huntsman recurve for sale - SOLD

#1 Post by Paul » Wed Jan 24, 2007 3:59 pm

One 62" Huntsman take-down recurve for sale.

Right hand 64# at 28"
Burdekin Plum riser, wedges and tip overlays, with clear glass over American black Walnut in the limbs.
Single limb bolt model with twin aligning pins for each limb.
Dynaflight 97 Flemmish twist string with rubber silences.

This bow was custom made 18 months ago for me by Mark Kimber and is in very good condition.
This has been my main hunting bow and so it does have some small dings and scratches which you would expect with 18 months use in the bush.

I have taken quite a bit of game with this bow and it has served me well, but I want to try something different and being a one bow kinda guy, the Huntsman has to go.

I'm asking for $950 + postage

WOW  That is one gorgeous piece of kit...in fact, if it wasn't for the fact that I just bought a Martin I'd have it.

Whoever gets this one...you lucky bastard!

Cheers and good luck on the sale,

Leeroy
Days, when the ball of our vision
Had eagles that flew unabashed to the sun;
When the grasp on the bow was decision,
And arrow and hand and eye were one.

Thanks Leeroy.
It's a beauty alright and whether or not I should sell was a very hard decision to make.
