Turbow Longbow

I have a 'TURPIN " TURBOW FOR SALE
I only just got this off of ebay and I now need the funds for another bow . I payed $110 including postage in australia so this is what I am selling it for .It is about 43#@28 and not bad to shoot ,I just need the fundage.CheersImage

This may sound silly.. but what is a Turbow? Is it a selfbow of sorts or...??

hi timmah........

it is a Cliff Turpin long bow built in brisbane, Cliff has accredition from the powers to in england to manufacture "old english longbows" ......

some are just re-enactment bows of lower strengths, and others can be to purchaser specification for the purpose to be used ..............

there are offers of extras like cowhorn tips etc........ or differing quality of timbers..
but all to user requests..........
