Samick Mind30 45# takedown *SOLD*

#1 Post by Hood » Tue Feb 15, 2005 5:25 pm

I have located a Samick takedown 58" 45# right handed brand new with absolutly nothing wrong with it. It has the walnut colured riser with all bushings for a mere $195 so if interested let me know and I'll put a small deposit on it if it's still there and you can deposit funds + postage to my account and I'll organise it from there.
Postage with in Australia only sorry

I would buy it my self but I have just bought the same bow in 55#

Well,
as I'm looking for a left hand version of this bow I tried a few places.
It seems that this model of bow is sold out around the country. Plus apparently Samick has moved the part of the factory that makes hunting and low-end target bows from Korea to China, but it seems that the Chinese were not quite ready for it and are going to take a while to get back into production and then to get back-orders filled. Supposedly they have been out of action for much of last year but a local shop is expecting stock *possibly* late next month.

So, as the Korean product was known to be good this is a good opportunity to buy one before the Chinese version hit the shelves.

I know that Archery Mart have Samick DeerSlayer in left hand and I must say that it is a very sexy looking bow, I love the wood lamb limbs with the clear coating on it to show off the wood grain. Not sure how much it is though. I think it was 55# but not 100% sure bad memory and old age to blame.
