It is one of Mark Ballards recurves. They were great little bows. I had a few shots out of one and they were very smooth to draw and shot well. I can't say a lot more because I am left handed and the bow I shot was right handed. I know some fellas who had them and they really liked them.
The handle of this bow is Zebrano (Zebra Wood) but can't I tell by the photo what wood is under the clear glass in the limbs.
They ranged in price from arround $465.00 - $585.00 new, depending on the model. Going by the Zebra Wood handle I would say that it is the top model called the "Supreme". If it happened to have a Yew limb core it would have sold new for around $620.00.
