Sage you might find it difficult getting a decent bow in your poundage, try( RMSG bow inventory) its in the states but has a lot of top end bows in the lower poundage and smaller lengths. The prices are good even though you pay a little for freight there just might be one you like.
If not a few bowyers on the sight might be able to make you one in the lower poundage bracket.
Don't give up there's one out there with your name on it.
Best of luck.

Where are you located Sage mabey you could borrow a light bow that suits your weight and I am sure in a very short time you will be shooting a bit heavier which will make it easier to get a nice top end bow in your weight.
Cheers KIM

Check out John Mcdonald AMSo 128 . He is an absolute gentleman and I am sure he could point you in the right direction. He probably has a suitable bow in stock.

Hi Sage,

Where are you located?

Might have something special in a 1pc that you might be interested in.

Hi Sage ;)

May we ask what poundage you're currently shooting, and would you prefer takedown for travel purposes?

Hi Sue, doesn't have to be a take down. I currently shoot a 30lb Samack Sage and was just trying to upgrade to a better bow.

To help refine your search are there certain qualities / properties that you are looking for in a ‘top end’ bow that are lacking in the Samick Sage?

My recurve is coming along nicely. Riser is half done, looks great with a purple eye on one side and limbs are nearly finished. Have a photo of the riser on my iPad but is too large to upload here. Not sure how to make it smaller.
