Osage Orange stave for sale - 62 inches - $100 SOLD

#1 Post by Mick Smith » Thu Apr 09, 2015 3:13 pm

I'm selling my osage stave. It was cut the December before last and it has been lacquered for storage, so as not to dry out and crack. It's 62 inches long. It has almost no twist. The growth rings are fairly close together. I was going to make a Cherokee bow out of it, but I will never get around to it. It should make a great bow. I bought this stave from the US and the freight alone was close to $100.

Asking $100 plus freight or pick up in Geelong area

There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.
