I can fit my lightweight (+5 degrees) sleeping bag, small inflatable mat, lightweight bivy bag, water purifier, some first aid bits, arrow fletching bits, change of socks & undies, and some food into it. It's a nice pack. I'm just after a little more room since I like to hike for a few days at a time. It's ideal for day and overnight hikes.
