Engraved and Coloured Armguards

#1 Post by GrahameA » Fri Dec 06, 2013 2:39 pm

Afternoon All.

Last year at the NAFA Trad Shoot Sandy brought a few arm guards along to sell. So many months later she has a few more.

If you want something different these are great. They are double leather, ie leather backed up by a piece of soft leather and stitched together. They are available in a laced fixing or you can get a quick fit version with elastic ties for few extra dollars.

An Example:
Sea Dragons - I own the original.

Evening Bob and Rod.

INHO I came to the conclusion they were a bargain - thus purchased one.

When you consider the material and the time you would have to seriously question the idea of making one yourself. Then you add in the opportunity to have an item that was unique ..... well I just had to have one.

I have also seen the quivers that Sandy has made. Amazing works of art.

I was talking (e-mailing) Sandy yesterday and had a look at the site last evening. She is certainly doing wonderful work and you're right Grahame they are certainly are a bargain. Very good value for money.
I believe Sandy will be at the North Albert Trad shoot with her goods too.

cheers
