You could try Gavin Downs " White Hawk". Use to run Wildwood Archery. Gav had a kit form back quiver that was designed by Mike Downey that was able to do left or right sided very good quality. Send him a pm don't know if he has any in stock.

If your recurve has a threaded hole for a quiver mount you can get plastic bow quivers for around $50. I used a bohning one for years. A bit of a rattle on the release but if it worried you I'm sure a couple of well placed rubber washers would make it quiet.
