Just got back from holidays down south and took a few photos of old huts and houses a favourite pass time as will try and sketch a few in black and whites when I get the time.

Great subjects mate and I like both photos for different reasons. I love the weathered and rustic tones of the old buildings with the green backgrounds.

I reckon if you do the old one up to make it look like how it would wen it was first built, it would so good. Cant wait to see your sketches mate.

Yes I often think if only these old homes could tell stories of the families that lived in them and the history they have seen change in there area, then to our modern erra, it would make an great read in a book.

love the style of those old houses,my own house was made in the 1930s, love it, would'nt like to go back to living in a modern design house..................Rod

I think your right there Jeff, it looks like it may have been built for a horse carriage as the doors dont look high enough for the Toyota station wagon to get in.
