Phwoar!! That looks sweet! Love the styling on it (a BSA if I read the tank emblem correctly?). Bring on the completion pics!

Rain riding

#92 Post by ColS » Thu Apr 07, 2016 4:02 pm

I noticed a few people commenting on riding in the rain here. Here are a few from the last time I had a good ride in the rain. About 150klms of slippery clay through the Snowy Mountains area.

Gave up racing last year.

My last race, filmed onboard a mates bike.
At least I retired on a high.

Since sold the roadracer.
Only a dirt bike left.
Small world. Still have some L-plates sparky knee sliders I bought off Ian, and the RB bike is pretty familiar too.

I weakened recently and purchased this very interesting BMW K1 Sports tourer from 1990. Too subtle do you think?

Very different from my BMW GS. I thought it handled like a rubber band until I added more than 5psi in the tyres! I will eventually restore it totally. Should be just the shot for getting to archery events.
