lets see some iconic aussie scenes
here's one of my own favourites.
The degree of satisfaction gained from the accomplishment of a goal is directly proportional to the hardships and challenges overcome in order to achieve it.

You must be missing the place, Clint!
It's the great, big, broad land 'way up yonder,
It's the forests where silence has lease;
It's the beauty that thrills me with wonder,
It's the stillness that fills me with peace.

I guess it depends on what you consider to be "Iconic".
An Allan Moffat Falcon GT on the track. Australian 18 Foot Skiffs racing and in this case Classic 18's. A QANTAS aircraft returning home. The Storey Bridge.

- This is by far my favourite. One of those times where those silly photo effects just really work. I recall it took me a while to get it just right but I think you'll agree it captures the oz bush camping life nicely.

Sun Set on the Western Coast (of the Exmouth peninsular). If you look carefully there is some iconic ballon fishing going on toward the left part of the picture. All taken from our trip up north.

It's like a water hole. It can be where a river once ran, but has either slowed down for the dry, or changed it's path and left a section behind. There's other ways they are formed too.
Lately, if life were treating me any better, I'd be suspicious of it's motives!
