Coolest Critter

I've been looking for one of these guys since I first stepped foot on Northern WA soil. Untill yesterday I hadn't the luck in finding one, by far the most coolest reptile I have photographed. I had the afternoon free from work so I went scouting for hunting grounds and found him sunning himself. Theres a lot of growth on the ground from the rains so theres a good chance I might spot a few more yet, though they are very rare up here.

And hows the camo, he blended right in on the ground so Ill be making a suit with his colors and pattern when I get home for this terrain.

I have always wanted to see one of these little blokes also. Are the thorns actually sharp as they appear?

These guys don't actually drink the normal way.
They can direct the rain or dew (which is rare) from when it lands on their body and with capillary action, it travels along channels on their body to the mouth.
Never having to find water on the ground.
How cool is that, its like having a hat with beer cans stuck to it and a flexible straw
