Early evening and Long exposure In Airlie Beach

A few of the good one's from my August trip to Airlie Beach. I have a Nikon D5300 it's fun to play with long exposure. I don't have a tripod so i was using a banister and a rock to support my camera. I had a tea towel under my camera to protect it and allow me to adjust the angle. Still ended up wit lots of trees in my pics.

Thanks for the photos Jim. You need things still for the long exposures alright.

It is amazing how the light changes during a sunset and then the after light. Sometimes just the right lighting only last seconds.

Yeah just it is hard even those could have been better with the assistance of a remote. I found the one I meant to put up yesterday to so I added it to this reply.
