Made a "BIG" New Friend
Sorry for the quality of the pics, trying to taking a decent pic using a mobile phone is bad enough but holding a feisty one of these in one hand and phone in the other is somewhat awkward.
On the way to take my dogs swimming I met my friend in an area where kids and adults alike ride their bikes, walk their dogs swim etc. so in the best interest of all concerned I relocated him further a field
I held him along the tray of my 4x4, it measured 1.55m (just under 6ft in old talk) and as you can see it was a very big, healthy Tiger snake

Errrrkkk!I've caughta few venomous ones years ago 'til a snake catcher told me I was one lucky guy! Apparently just flipping them back over by tail rotation as they 'climb up' wouldn't work on some as they are too quick.Thats a big tiger!

One Healthy looking Friend and he would have a good amount of Venom. For me best left alone, they don't make great playmates. Cheers Roadie.

Well done Axe.
If you had just left him there, somebody, maybe even a child, might have been bitten, or the more likely scenario would be that someone would have simply killed it first.
They are beautiful creatures. They deserve to live just as much as any other creature, IMO. I'm not to sure about picking one up though.

There is no use focusing on aiming if you don't execute the shot well enough to hit what your are aiming at.

Wow, I've never seen a Tiger that size. Magnificent, but only to be admired from afar... by me anyway
