A Christmas camp oven feed!
Christmas night we had family over so we got the camp ovens out and did up a nice feed of Roast Pork & Veggies. It was a scorcher up here so it was rather hot tending to the camp ovens and the fire for making the coals but it was well worth it. The pork was beautifully tender, moist and tasted great.
The roast was a 3.9kg piece of Rolled Pork Shoulder - just about LB Rod size! We not only had a great feed but a good time as well.

Makes me hungry! Nothing like the smell of roast pork to get the drool happening!

You surely are the camp oven king, Jeffy!
Lately, if life were treating me any better, I'd be suspicious of it's motives!
