A Christmas camp oven feed!

#1 Post by Stickbow Hunter » Wed Jan 01, 2014 9:39 am

Christmas night we had family over so we got the camp ovens out and did up a nice feed of Roast Pork & Veggies. It was a scorcher up here so it was rather hot tending to the camp ovens and the fire for making the coals but it was well worth it. The pork was beautifully tender, moist and tasted great.

The roast was a 3.9kg piece of Rolled Pork Shoulder - just about LB Rod size!
