Wisemans Ferry2013 -timelapse

First attempt at this sort of thing, have learned a few things to avoid for next time.


Image taken every 5 min.
compressed into movie of 2sec per frame.

Sunrise showing the muster tent and practice area.
Yes i am in this one.. very first few frames..im in orange ;)

Well done Mark, for all your time and effort you took in taking all the images over the weekend, if it wasn't for people like you we would have nothing to show for the weekend :smile:

Try shooting video and then compressing it back. Also look the exposure so that you get the colour changes.

thanks all, and yes Grahame I cant believe I forgot to lock the exposure or white balance off of auto. Im sure I had done that but settings prove otherwise.

As for video, I havent even pushed that button on this beasty yet :)

Don't be concerned I cant guarantee that I have made all the mistakes before you .... plus some that you probably never discover.

Photography follows the "First Law of Programming" - Errors, (bugs), in any programme will only be revealed after the programme is fully de-buged. Other people may have a different First Law.

You only ever discover what you did wrong after you have taken the photo.
