figure this is as good a place as any to ask . can any one recommend a good film and slide scanner that wont cost me a small forune , there are a lot of cheap scaners around but has anyone used any of them that they can recomend .
problem with spending a lot is once most of your slides/negs have been done it wont see much use ( i should think).
i do have a heck of a lot of slides and old mono negs to do though .
almost all 35mm stuff but there a few 2 1/4 square negs but they may have to be sent elsewhere to be done .

Sorry I can't help with this one. I will be very interested in any replies as I have a lot of negs and slides I would like to do also.
In the past I have used the slide and negative scanner part of a multi function Canon printer. It was very slow and not the best results IMO.
