Fraser Island November 2010
So a few mates & I headed for Fraser on the weekend just gone. The weather wasn't the best, but as usual we made the most of what we had.
One of the blokes runs a 4wd tag-a-long tour company & rolled it into a trip for a couple of his regular customers
I know it has nothing to do with bows/hunting or the likes, but I thought I would just add a couple of pics I took, hope you enjoy
A few of them are just happy snaps to capture the moment, but hopefully the ones I tried real hard to capture will shine through, there is a couple I really like.
Thanks for looking I hope you enjoyed I enjoyed taking them

Shooters get to 50m to shoot, but only a hunter gets inside 20m to hunt.RABBITS (karen) wrote:NUTGRASS >>----> Nobody knows where he came from, & nobody knows how to get rid of him.

Morning All.
The one I like.
"The Strange Shore" with the low clouds/mist. What is in there waiting.

Loverly shots and brought back some fond memories. Been too long since last I visited
Last trip was way back when it was in the grip of the fires. 4 of us were "in search of Eli's end". Up to our waste in the riverett, threading our way thru overgrowth and all the time being gently rained on by ash. I believe "Predator" had recently been released and we were sure he was stalking us.

'Morning Grahame, that pic makes me think of what it would have been like to be the very first white man to have seen it, y'know?

Fantastic mate. My favourite is the shot looking up the creek to the fallen log. I could easily spend a few quiet hours sitting there to see what comes along. And the purple flower..it has almost a 3D effect.
